Cool off this Summer with a refreshing and easy melon sorbet recipe.
All you need is a few simple ingredients; like a honeydew melon, honey, lemon juice and water.
Seriously… that’s it!
Easy Melon Sorbet Recipe
No ice cream maker is necessary as this is a no-churn recipe. Grab out that blender or food processor and let’s makes some easy melon sorbet!
What you will need:
- 1 Honeydew melon; rind taken off and cut into chunks
- 2 Tbsp. liquid honey
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Place melon chunks into the freezer.
Freeze for 1 – 2 hours.
Once frozen place the melon into a blender or food processor.
Add in 1/4 cup of water and blend. Add in the lemon juice and blend again.
Then put in the honey and blend once more.
Pour mixture into a loaf pan, cover and freeze for 3 – 5 hours.
You can add additional water if the mixture is too thick.
You want a creamy mixture in the end.
Serve and enjoy!

This sorbet is refreshing, and light, and makes a great dessert for those hot days.
Try freezing them in Popsicle molds for the little ones.
