Earth Day is officially April 22nd! It’s time to celebrate this beautiful planet that we call home. No matter your child’s age or interests there are so many creative and unique ways to get them excited about Planet Earth! I’ve rounded up 12 Earth Day Kids Activities, many of which can turn trash into treasure!
12 Earth Day Kids Activities
Repurposed Car Ride Games from Promotional Magnets
DIY Garden Markers made of Spoons
Alternative Uses for Pool Noodles
5 Ways Preschoolers Can Go Green
DIY Cardboard Box Medieval Castle
DYI Cardboard Box Drive in Movie
Aside from all the fun you will have making these crafts, consider teaching your children the importance of reducing waste, conserving energy and keeping our planet beautiful and clean. I will admit that I can be wasteful at times, but I am trying to change that one full recycle bin at a time! Have a Happy Earth Day and cherish the planet we live on because we only have one and I do not plan on moving to Mars anytime soon.
