Brussels sprouts are not one of my go-to vegetables but with this a-maze-ing and easy creamy garlic Parmesan Brussels sprouts recipe your whole family will be converted.
Since this recipe is made in a casserole dish it is also the perfect side to bring to a potluck.

Easy Creamy Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts Recipe
Ingredients
1lb bag frozen Brussels sprouts, defrosted
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 cup milk or cream
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350
- Grease a casserole dish with butter or cooking spray. Add Brussels sprouts.
- In a small sauce pan over medium heat, melt the butter and add the flour.
- Stir until flour is cooked out and smooth.
- Increase heat to medium high and add the milk, garlic and a pinch of salt & pepper.
- Bring to a boil, sauce will start to thicken. Remove from heat.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese. Pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the Brussels sprouts.
- Melt the remaining tablespoon of butter and mix with bread crumbs.
- Evenly distribute the bread crumbs over the top and bake covered for 20 minutes.
- Remove cover, top with mozzarella, cook 15 minutes uncovered.
