Trying to lose weight has never been easy for the busy Mom who wants to lose weight.
4 Tips for the Busy Mom Who Wants to Lose Weight
For some reason, working from home has completely stopped my metabolism.
Even though weight doesn’t come off easy, I still want to do something about it. If you’re a busy mom like me, there are still some things you can do to lose weight.
Eat Fewer Portions
Trust me, I get it – you’re starving from having to feed your children first all day.
You’re lucky to shove something in your mouth.
That is a dangerous place to be because sometimes you just don’t realize how much you’re putting into your mouth.
By eating fewer portions, you’re giving your body less work to do.
As you age, breaking down food isn’t the easiest thing for your body to do.
Get More Active
When it comes down to it, working from home and being a mom, I’m not that active.
I need to make a conscious decision each and every day to be more active.
Right now, my goal is 10,000 steps a day. Sounds like an easy goal, right?
Well, when you have a lot going on, it is not always the easiest goal in the world.
I can attest to the fact that being a busy mom, getting those steps in is so important.
Drink More Water
One of my major downfalls of being a busy mom is forgetting to drink water.
I have to make an effort every day to get that water in.
My body functions better when I drink more water and I’m overall a healthier me.
Plus, drinking water, can be a major help when you’re trying to lose weight.
I don’t think you can drink too much water, so this is always a first step with me, for the busy Mom who wants to lose weight.
I Take Garcinia Cambogia
When trying to lose weight, I want to stay true to myself, but I also want to do something that works.
Recently, I have started taking Garcinia Cambogia. This has been a great tool in my weight loss.
Garcinia Cambogia is a fruit found in Southeast Asia.
The Hydroxycitric Acid (HCA) helps to do so much for my body, including speeding up the old metabolism, fighting those hunger cravings, and preventing fat from being stored.
The Hydroxycitric Acid (HCA) that I take isn’t ordinary, it’s extra ordinary.
Not only do I take Garcinia Cambogia with HCA, but it’s also combined with other good stuff like, Calcium, Potassium, and Chromium.
These minerals help make the HCA more absorb-able and it has been working miracles in my body.
