This Easy Baked Ziti recipe fits the bill.
You can tweak it to fit your diet with meat or no meat, low-fat Ricotta or no-fat Mozzarella.

Easy Baked Ziti Recipe
YIELD: 8 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ziti pasta
- 15 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, diced
- 15 oz. plain spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
- Add ziti and cook according to package directions; drain.
- Mix in a big bowl with remaining ingredients.
- Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Serve.
