You can tweak it to fit your diet with meat or no meat, low-fat Ricotta or no-fat Mozzarella.

Easy Baked Ziti Recipe 

YIELD: 8 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ziti pasta
  • 15 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 15 oz. plain spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  • Add ziti and cook according to package directions; drain.
  • Mix in a big bowl with remaining ingredients.
  • Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Serve.
