Mini Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich Recipe
I love simple meals like this.
These sandwiches make a great appetizer, but they also make a quick and easy dinner.
Just serve it with a side of fries or a salad, and BAM!

What you will need:
- 1 medium-sized ribeye steak; cut thinly
- One Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- One half tsp salt
- 1/2 green bell pepper; diced
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 small onion; diced
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 6 dinner rolls or slider buns
Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
Add steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the meat is browned. About 5 minutes
Toss in the green pepper, the chopped mushrooms, and the onions, and saute until tender. About 5 minutes.
Preheat your oven to a high broil
Lay out the bottoms of each slider bun or dinner roll and add half a slice of provolone cheese.
Top with meat mixture and place the other half of cheese on top.
Broil in the oven until the cheese is melting and bubbly.
Place the top of the bun back, serve, and enjoy!
