These Easy Italian Meatballs are perfect for those nights that an easy meal is needed.
You can make these ahead of time and freeze them, and then when needed, pop them into the oven and cook em’ up!
I make large ones as our main meat for dinner, or you can make them smaller for spaghetti and meatballs, or for an appetizer.
These are always a huge hit in our house – my boys ask for them on a weekly basis, and they are so simple to make.
What you will need:
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion; diced small
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic; minced
- 3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. If the meatball mixture is too wet, add a little more breadcrumbs.
Roll into 2 inch balls (or 1 inch if you want small meatballs – this size works for spaghetti)
Place on lined baking sheet and cover with tinfoil and bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve with rice, potatoes or quinoa and veggies.
