How To Choose the Best Eyelash Glue for You!

The first thing to look for when choosing a lash glue is the ingredients.

This should be straightforward and easy, right?

Of course it would be nice if everyone used all natural lash glues, but 99% of the time that just isn’t going to happen!

In fact, we have found some all natural lashes glues that are terrible to use vs. some chemical laden lash glues that perform very well.

The reason being is the all-natural lashes glue either dries too quickly, doesn’t have enough hold or it’s just not made for eyelash extensions.

Keep in mind that growth of synthetic eyelashes is much different than human hair, so you need a lash glue with the right ingredients for nylon fibers.

If you are allergic to latex this is very important!

Many lash glues contain rubber latex which is a common allergen that can cause serious problems, especially if you suffer from chronic allergies!

If you are allergic to latex it’s recommended to use a lash glue specifically made for synthetic fibers.

If your client prefers all natural lashes products this should be an easy task. Just keep in mind, there are some downsides to all natural lashes products.

For example, if you find an all-natural lash glue that is great for glow in the dark eyelashes it most likely won’t work well with your nylon type of eyelash extensions!

Just consult a professional lash extension supplies before purchasing.

Applying the glue on your lashes

Make sure the tube nozzle is clean and clear of any dried glue.

If there are chunks in the way this will cause issues when applying the glue.

Place a thin layer on your lash line and let it air dry for 30 seconds or so, you can use this time to prep your lashes by removing excess glue from the tube nozzle.

Make sure you don’t touch your eye or lashes once the glue is on, this will cause issues with the bond.
