Ingredients and Health Benefits
- 1 teabag Tetley Immunity Peach & Orange Super Tea (with Vitamin C.)
- 1 cup hot water.
- 1/3 cup ginger ale
- Glass of ice
Instructions
1. Bring the cup of water to a boil
2. Pour boiling water over 1 Tetley Immunity Peach & Orange Super Tea teabag in a cup, and let steep for 5 minutes
3. Remove the green tea bags from the tea bag and allow the tea to cool
4. Once the green tea part is cool, pour over ice
5. Top off with ginger ale, and enjoy.
Even though it’s not National Tea Month anymore, you can still make your tea every morning, knowing that you’re doing your body something amazing.
