Plum Puff Pastry Tart

This plum puff pastry tart hit all the taste buds right. A variety of fresh ripe plums, flaky puff pastry and a simple apple glaze with a drizzle of honey to round out this sweet and tart… tart.

Plums are my favorite fruit (tied with cherries) We use to have a plum tree in our backyard when I was a little girl and I could always be found out there in the Summer enjoying a plum or four. This plum puffy pastry tart is actually quite simple to make, and is a stunning dessert with all of its bright colors. Serve as is or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
