Fruit is refreshing any time of year and I just love a good ruby red grapefruit martini.
I was watching one of my favorite YouTubers and she took a sip of a Ruby Red Grapefruit Martini during one of her videos.
I just had to find a recipe and try it!
It looked so amazing!
The drink totally lived up to my expectations.
Ruby Red Grapefruit Martini
YIELD: 1 Glass
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 cup ice, or as needed
- 2 fl oz Ruby red grapefruit juice
- 1 fl oz vodka
- 1 fl oz triple sec
- 1 Ruby red grapefruit for garnish
Directions
- Pour sugar onto a small plate. Wet the rim of a martini glass with cold water; dip rim in the sugar to coat.
- Then fill cocktail shaker with ice; pour in grapefruit juice, vodka, and triple sec.
- Cover shaker with lid and shake. Strain and pour mixture into prepared martini glass.
- Garnish with slice of Ruby red grapefruit.
- Enjoy!
