With Summer on its way, that means it’s berry season and Strawberry Scones!
Plump strawberries and gorgeous blueberries, and don’t forget raspberries and blackberries.
If you head to your local farmers market, you can find these freshly picked and ready-to-go.
Nothing screams Summer more than fresh berries.
I decided to try my hand at some strawberry scones.
I had some gorgeous ripe farmers market strawberries that were almost too ripe, so I whipped up a batch of these very berry strawberry scones.
They take no time to make and pair beautifully with a cup of coffee in the morning or a scoop of ice cream for dessert.

I can make these in about 30 minutes
The boys love to help me bake, so this would be a great time to get the kids involved.
Try making these with blueberries and lemon or raspberry and lemon.
You can drizzle it if you like. Mix together 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, and 3 tablespoons of milk.
Drizzle away!
These fresh, homemade strawberry scones will be a big hit – they didn’t last long in our home.
Enjoy!
