White Chicken Chili

White Chicken Chili

Cold weather is upon us and for me, that means making comfort foods like chili! One of my favorites is White Chicken Chili. My friend, Krystle, gave me the recipe during my time living in Colorado Springs, Colorado. It was a lifesaver on those cold, winter days in the Rockies. I liked to look out of my kitchen window and see the snow on the tops of the mountains while I was cooking! I always made mine in my crockpot. But you can use a large pot if you don’t have a crockpot.20151112_155010_HDR
