Super Easy Crockpot Chili with Recipe Card
Nowadays, my crockpot is my lifeline.
So, I adapted my mama’s Chili recipe to fit my 7 oz. crock pot and feeds us for several days.
It’s pretty quick and very easy.
You can keep it warming on the low setting while you’re at work, too.
Cook Time:
3-4 hours in the crock pot
Yield : 6-7 oz.
Ingredients:
1-2 lb. of ground beef (or turkey for a healthier pot)
Chopped Onions
1 – 28 oz. can of Diced Tomatoes
1 – 28 oz. can of Tomato Sauce
2 – 15 oz. cans of Chili Beans
2 – 15 oz. cans of Dark Kidney Beans
2 – 15 oz. cans of Light Kidney Beans
2 – packets of Chili Seasoning Mix
Optional Toppings:
Shredded Cheese
Sour Cream
Chopped Onions
Fritos or Tostitos Scoops
Directions:
1. Combine cans & seasoning mix in crock pot and mix well. Additionally, start crock pot so that these ingredients can be warming.
2. Brown hamburger & chopped onions (for taste).
3. Drain hamburger & add to crock pot.
4. Mix well.
5. Warm in crock pot until desired temperature is reached (generally 3-4 hours).
6. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream & chopped onions. Serve with Fritos or Tostitos scoops.

I’ve made this Chili for my 3 boys and we absolutely love it. My husband doesn’t like Chili but he loves this one. I added some onion salt and garlic powder. I use sausage meat instead of ground beef. So good! Thank you
