My daughter is obsessed with anything to do with Despicable Me or Minions.
I even took her to her first big movie theater to see the Minion movie.
Once she saw the birthday scene in Despicable Me 2 she has been begging for a princess party ….. but with Minions.
To incorporate Minions into her party we decided to have the Minions on her cupcakes because … well..
I didn’t really want Minion knights running around. These Minion Chocolate Cupcakes are the perfect crowd pleaser and look harder to make than they are.
