Plan where you’ll be staying.

I think one of the most important things to do when you are planning for last minute travel is to know where you’ll be staying.

Knowing where you’ll be staying is important because you don’t want to end up without anywhere to stay.  It’s not rocket science, but it sure is stressful.

When planning for lastminute travel, one of the most crucial steps is to ensure you know where you’ll be staying.

This also allows you time to research enjoyable things to do in Pigeon Forge!

Stay somewhere that everything is included.

This tip is true to those who don’t want a lot of work for themselves. If you’re traveling somewhere tropical or warm, you may be able to get your hands on an all-inclusive resort.

Places like Disney World has these types of resorts, and of course places like Mexico and the Bahamas.

Make a list of everything you need to bring.

I don’t know about you, but my head is spinning whenever I’m making plans for a last minute trip.

A list is necessary when it comes to bringing everything you need. Are there any other list makers out there?

Get everyone else involved.

When I’m planning a last minute trip, I also work hard to get everyone involved.

The kids are busy doing something and so is the husband. Keeping everyone involved can help to speed up the “get everything done process.”

At this point, no one should be standing around, and everyone should be pitching in.

Google those coupons, baby.

Don’t pay full price for everything if you do not have to. It’s so important to Google for coupons.

When we are going to a restaurant, I do a quick search and look for a coupon. While those restaurants want to give you a good deal, they also make you work for it.

Bring along lots of activities.

Even though this is a last minute trip, it won’t change the amount of time you’re traveling. Even if you’re in a rush, make sure you are bringing along lots of activities.

Planning for any last minute trip brings along a lot of emotions. It’s like you have to do everything you would normally do, but in 1 day!

Try not to stress out, but keep these tips in mind as you plan. What tips would you offer as advice?
