Easy Slow Cooker French Dip Recipe

French dip is one of those meals that I make every so often and think to myself “why don’t I make this more?”  There are other slow cooker french dips out there, but none like this one. This easy slow cooker french dip recipe is inspired from my Dad’s recipe. He makes an amazing rotisserie round of beef, but I don’t have time for that, so I toss mine into the slow cooker and just let her go.

I like to serve these sandwich up with some onions and fresh au jus, and usually a Cesar salad. I always look forward to this east slow cooker french dip, and even more so when there is left overs. A great slow cooker recipe to keep on hand.

Give this one a try, you’ll be wanting to make it over and over again.
