Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:

3-10 ounce cans of chicken, drained

2-8 ounce packages of cream cheese, softened

8 ounce buffalo wing sauce

6 ounces of blue cheese dressing

2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, blue cheese dressing and cheddar cheese. Add mixture from the bowl to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.

Buffalo Celery Sticks

Ingredients:

4 ounces of blue cheese dressing

2 ounces of cream cheese

6 large stalks of celery

Cayenne pepper

Directions:

In a bowl, combine the blue cheese dressing with the cream cheese and mix well until smooth. Stuff the stalks of celery with the cheese mixture. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Cut celery stalks in half.

Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

24 medium sized mushrooms, stems trimmed

1/3 pound of ground pork sausage

3 tablespoons of seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:

In a bowl, combine sausage and bread crumbs and mix well. Spoon sausage mixture into mushrooms, then place in a baking dish. Broil for 5-6 minutes, ensuring the mushrooms are 7-8 inches from the heat.

Deviled Eggs with a Twist

Ingredients:

9 large eggs

3 ½ tablespoons of mayonnaise

2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard

1 ½ teaspoons of balsamic vinegar

1 ½ tablespoons of green olives, chopped

3 teaspoons of parsley

Directions:

In a large saucepan, over medium-high heat, add the eggs and cover with water. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, covered, once they start boiling. Drain and immediately rinse with cold water. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and vinegar and combine well. Peel the eggs and slice each one in half. Remove the yolks from the eggs and add to the mayonnaise and mustard mixture and mix well. Add in olives and combine. Place the egg whites on a serving tray. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture and sprinkle with parsley.
