Buffalo Chicken Potstickers combine two cultures of food in one delicious recipe. Crispy on the bottom and soft on the top, these buffalo chicken potstickers are and easy appetizer for game night or a dinner party.
Buffalo Chicken Potstickers
Ingredients
1lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Diced
(Shortcut tip! Use Pre-cooked chicken strips!)
1/2 Cup Buffalo Sauce
1/4 Cup Ranch Dressing
Green Onions, Chopped
Pinch Salt & Pepper
1 Package Wonton Wrappers
Bowl of Warm Water
Instructions
Saute the diced chicken in a skillet until cooked through, season with salt & pepper. (If using pre-cooked chicken, skip this step)
Remove the chicken from the skillet and wipe it clean, you can reuse the same skillet to cook your potstickers
In a small bowl, mix together the sauces, chicken and green onions
Place a wonton wrapper with a corner facing you (diamond shape)
Brush the edges with warm water (you can use your finger!)
Spoon a small amount of the filling into the middle of the wonton wrapper
Lift the top and bottom corners up and meet them in the middle above the filling
Pinch the edges together, you may need to brush with water again
NOTE* This can take some practice so don’t expect perfectly shaped potstickers!
Heat the skillet with a Tablespoon of olive oil on medium heat
Place the potstickers in the skillet, cook until golden brown and crisp
Flip the potstickers to crisp up each side
Drizzle with buffalo sauce and top with green onion, Serve, Enjoy!
