I absolutely love this idea for a fast and easy flatbread pizza!

We love the combination of buffalo chicken bacon ranch on naan flatbread to create an upscale flavorful pizza.

Buffalo Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread Pizza

Buffalo Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread Pizza is the perfect appetizer for your next game day party.

It is very easy to make, and if you like the buffalo chicken flavor but are tired of the same old wings – you’ll love this!

Almost everything in this recipe is something you can grab already prepared in your grocery store.

This means it takes you just minutes to assemble and heat through.

I love batch cooking chicken and putting in portion bags and freezing.

That makes a recipe like this super easy!

We used a rotisserie chicken for this recipe, but that batch cooked chicken is a great substitute.

Naan is traditionally a bread served with curry, but we have found it is heartier than other flatbreads and stands up under a few ingredients for a great flatbread pizza like this one.

Especially when you have a lot of sauce like this includes with both the ranch dressing and buffalo wing sauce, you don’t need too thin a crust.

Ingredients

1 Naan Flatbread (original or garlic)
3/4 cup chopped cooked chicken (we used rotisserie)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
3 strips bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 green onion, chopped
1 sprig parsley, chopped

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400
Spread the ranch dressing onto the flatbread.
Top with half of the cheddar cheese.
Add the chicken and bacon, then the remaining cheese.
Top with green onion and parsley.
Drizzle the buffalo sauce over the top.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly!

As you can see, this flatbread pizza is super easy to assemble.

You can use a little more or a little less sauce depending on your flavor preferences.

Also, if you want a nice crispy crust, choose a pizza stone for baking.

It really is the best choice for perfectly cooked crusts!  Even on things like this Naan flatbread.
