Winter time brings out cravings of the best fruits that we can ask for and the quickest way to satisfy yourself is with this 5 Minute No Bake Cheese Cake in a Cup Recipe.
It also brings hot days which means we don’t want to be turning on the stove to create something delicious for snack time.
5 Minute No Bake Cheesecake is mouth watering, filling, and can be made in five minutes without the use of a stove!
Best of all, you can interchange the fruit so that each time you make this yummy dessert it has a different flavor!
You will need
5 strawberries (or your choice of other fruit!)
2 tspn sugar
1 1/2 cups whipped cream
1 tspn vanilla
3 tbspns powdered sugar
2 cups cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 tspns vanilla
graham crackers, crushed (optional)
First grab your chosen fruit and cut them up into small pieces and add them to a bowl.
Sprinkle the sugar over top of your fruit and toss to coat.
Set aside.
In another bowl mix up your cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
Mix these three ingredients until your cream cheese filling is fluffy, approximately five minutes.
Set aside.
Lastly pour your whipping cream into a third bowl.
Mix on high until it begins to thicken then add the vanilla and powdered sugar.
Resume mixing until your whipped cream is thick and fluffy.
Set aside.
To make your dessert!
If you have chosen to use graham cracker crumbs simply pour them into the bottom of your tall cup (mason jars would work well as well!).
You can also substitute granola.
Next add a layer of whipped cream into the cup, on top of that the fruit, then the cream cheese layer.
Work your way up the cup layering the whipped cream, fruit and then the cream cheese.
On the very top of the cup add your final layer of whipped topping.
Enjoy!
If you’re making these delicious desserts ahead of time be sure to cover and place in the fridge.
Mason jars are a great option if you’re making them ahead of time as the lids are perfect for covering them!
